The R500 Conference
Leaders in faith, academia, industry and government gathered at Louisiana State University to begin planning for the upcoming Quincentennial of the Protestant Reformation.Conference attendees will explore the Reformation’s impact on faith, philosophy, liberty and culture.Charlie Davis, Executive Director of the R500 project said, “The Reformation is one of the most transformational events in western civilization. It forever altered the structure of society and directly impacted the founding of the United States of America.”Davis continued, “The upcoming 500th Anniversary represents an opportunity for us to pause and reflect on big, fundamental questions and ideas around faith, philosophy and liberty. It’s also an opportunity for the various denominations in Christendom to come together and reflect on both the history and the current status of the church across the globe.”Contact us today to join this extraordinary effort. R500 is looking for organizations to partner with and of course donors to help expand the program.
